Please do the following for first and second period.
1. Please take attendance on the seating chart that is hanging in the manilla folder just to the left of the Promethean board.
2. Collect the Remediation Worksheets that are due. Please put these in the "Ungraded" inbox on the ledge near the window. Inform the students that lateness is penalized.
3. Last week (Wednesday) I had the sub hand back the graphic organizer for Graphing Quadratics. I had graded it and informed students to make corrections and resubmit it. Click here to see what it looks like. The students may want to see it also for reference. Please recollect that. Please inform students that the issue of this assignment is closed and will not be revisited after today. Please put these in the "Ungraded" inbox on the ledge near the window.
3. Handout the worksheet called Graphing Quadratic Functions Using and XY Tree . (They are on my chair in the planning center.) It looks like this. Also, handout protractors and graph paper. They are in each classroom right next to my inbins on the ledge near the window. Play the following videos. Press the button bottom right hand corner of the video to maximize the viewing space.
4. Please return everything in the "Graded" boxes on the ledge to the appropriate students after the videos play and they start to work independently. (There may be a few worksheets that don't have names. Please have the students determine who the guilty party is, have them put their name on it and then put it in the "Ungraded" box.) Also, some kids from Period 2 did not hand in their worksheet that was completed on Friday, please have them do so before you go over the answers.
5. With 5 minutes left, please go over the answers to what you handed back. They can be found here. Specifically go over the problems
